Here are some tips for newbies: (not required to follow)
-- Post an introduction thread here, in our Welcoming Board. That way we can get to know you better.
-- When you've gained confidence, you can hop into a roleplaying thread with one of your characters. The user who created the thread will be happy you joined!
-- Start one or two of your own roleplaying threads. If you plan to be very active, you can create more than one character.
-- Browse through character bios and if you find a character you like, offer to roleplay with them.
-- If you prefer advanced roleplaying, become advanced by creating an advanced bio and waiting for an admin to approve.
